ABOUT US
Hello and Welcome to our little place on the web.
I am Alice Franceschini, your hostess.
We meet at Riverside Bistro, 54 E Washington Blvd, Petaluma
in the Golden Eagle Shopping Center with stores like
Baskin Robbins, Grocery Outlet, Dempsey's to name a few.
Two meeting days are available.
Thursday or Sunday from 2 to 3:30 pm both at Riverside Bistro.
My plan is to be at the Riverside Bistro for all meetings but
sometimes life happens and I can't be there. So please email
me first to be sure I can be there to greet you.
We are a friendly group, dedicated to all needle workings but
we feature knitting. But crocheting, quilting, beading, bobbin
lace, tatting, cross stitch and so on are the MORE part of our
club's name. We feature knitting as we find it's the easiest to
carry and work on during the meetings.
There is a lot that goes on during the meetings so simple
knitting is all most of us can handle.
So bring what you want and see how it works out for you.
Easy and FREE to join. Please email first.
After you email me, show up with yarn and needles or some
other needlework project at the Riverside Bistro in
Petaluma. I have a sign I place on the table so look for that
sign so you know it's us. Then introduce yourself
to a member and we get you a chair. I do suggest you sign
up for the newletter as this is the best way to stay
on top of events of the club like change of time or location
which does happened.
Please understand we are not a teaching group but members
are eager to help other members and that includes
beginners.
ALL SKILL LEVELS, ALL NEEDLEWORK, ALL WELCOME
We don't need more obligations in our busy lives so this is the
attitude of the club. Join us on Thurday or Sunday
afternoons when you can and we will miss you when you can't.
Still sign up for the newsletter and stay updated on all things
Knit and More Club.
If all you want is the newsletter and not attend meetings, hey
that is great too.
We are a fun loving group, we love to laugh, so bring your
best humor along with your yarn and needles and
join in on our merriment. I have learned so much from
the club meetings and you will too.
You will need a bit of money for any food and drink.
If you have friends or family and you want them to come with
you, they are welcomed. No need to ask first.
