I set up this page and it worked fine in XP. Then I upgraded to Windows 7 and this page stopped working.
Now if you are using Windows 7, the javascript on this page will only work if you are using Internet Explorer 8
It's a javascript program that has bubbles rising from the mouse and will follow the mouse as it
moves giving an underwater look to it. That is what that black dot on the top is at the top of the screen
when the script isn't working. It's the bubble jpg image.
All Window versions have to have java installed. Be sure you have java enabled in your browser
