Some Wicca and New Age shops online are hard to buy from.  It would be
nice to have a map to where these "difficult to work with" vendors are.
This is a list of best and worst Wicca Shoppes I've dealt with. Hopefully,
it will be of some aide to you.

Pia Fontaine runs this shoppe and she has really great customer
service and products.  Fast delivery time if items are in stock.  
She is a new online store and great to work with.  Very quick to 
contact you if the item is out of stock.  
Uses PayPal and if you have a paypal account you can easily use your credit card.
I wanted a 15 1/2 diameter, cast iron cauldron, pot belly with 3 legs and a lid.
And I had ordered this from 3 other web sites that had lousy customer
service and had to cancel the charge 3 separate times on my credit card.
Gosh what a hassle and when you cancel that many times, credit card company
wants to know what your are trying to buy, and that is a hassle too.
This is when I surfed and found this best Wicca Supply Shoppe ever.  
Pia was quick to tell me that the cauldron I ordered was no longer being made 
but she would see if her suppliers might have something like it.  
Well, bless her, she called and told me she found one but it would not be available 
until September 1, 2005.  I bought the cauldron from her.  And when I need
supplies The Silver Wheel will be the first one I shop.

Sacred Mists Wicca College store
I ordered a $115.00 leather, 3 ring binger and three pads of the paper
that go inside it.  When I got my order, there was only one of the pads
of paper inside.  I contacted the store and I was told that they would NOT
send me the other 2 pads of paper unless I paid the postage.  I reminded them
that it was NOT my fault the 2 pads were NOT in the box and that they should
complete my order without it costing me anything more.  I placed the order with
them in good faith, I expect them to ship ALL of my order in good faith.
When I asked for a refund of my money they said they could only do a store credit, 
but I pointed out I  will never buy from them again so the store credit is useless to me.
To this day, I am without my 2 pads of paper and my money.  

Bodagan & Ganninod (misspelled)
Really nice people that have no idea that answering customer email promptly is a good thing.
If you can buy from them and immediately download the boughten items from this web site 
they seem to be fine, but if you have problems with the download, this is when they are 
awful to deal with.  You can telephone them and you can email them but they just
don't respond to any of that, yet, you will get emails from them.  And they do send out 
great sales email.  This vendor is not for the weak hearted.  Buy with caution.

Academy Of Sorcery
I bought items from this web site and I got all that I ordered, then maybe, their shipping
person died or quit, cause when I ordered 10 amulets for 77.00, they got my money and
I never got the amulets.  I emailed at least 50 times and called maybe 4 times asking
about my order.  I finally after weeks of this nonsense I got an email from them saying they were
filling my order, so I backed off for two weeks, I still haven't gotten the dang amulets
and I had to call my credit card company and cancel the charge.

Magickal Passions
Deborah Glaspell and Kurt run this web site.  I placed my order and
after two weeks, I emailed them for the status of my order, got no reply.
This was kept up for about three weeks when I finally called her.  Deborah
answered the phone and when I asked her for the status of my order, she
said I would have to talk to Kurt who was not there then.  I gave her the
order number they give orders and asked that Kurt just email me the status.
Two days later I get a telephone call from Kurt, he had to leave a message
cause I was out, but instead of giving me the status he wants me to call them.
So I called my credit card and cancelled the charge.  Then 2 weeks after that
and after I ordered my items from some other store, my order showed up.
I don't know about you but I can't have vendors who do not keep me informed
on the status of my shipment.  So instead of paying for returning the box to
them, I authorized the charge on my credit card but I will not order from them
again, not when there are great, customer serviced online stores.

Sorcery Store
With two orders, I order 250.00 worth of items.  They got my money I got nothing.
They would  not respond to my emails and I sent a lot of them asking for the
status of my order.  Turning away orders like mine seems like they don't want
to be in business very badly.  I called my credit card and cancelled the charge.
Also, I believe it is this web site that claims to use Paypal but somehow the 
transaction never uses paypal and I find that kind of thing very uncomfortable 
in a vendor.
